Here's what's actually different: inner work comes first — specifically Breathe out the BS, which clears the shame and noise that's been jamming your execution — then we build the systems. Most coaches skip that first step entirely. That's why their stuff doesn't stick.

Most systems fail because they ask a dysregulated nervous system to just be consistent. i2i is built around the smallest possible commitments, real-time support, and a weekly cadence that holds even on bad weeks. Not because you found more willpower. Because the design assumes you won't have any.

All that resistance, contradiction, shame — that's exactly what Breathe out the BS is built for. The goal isn't perfect consistency.     Plan on 2–4 hours per week total:

    • The rest is broken into short Focus Blocks and tiny “minimum viable actions.” Short, repeatable sprints that fit around a real business.

    • Explore financing (we work with a broker to get you the most credit possible and let the lenders compete for your business)
